Cocamide MEA is a coconut-oil-derived fatty acid monoethanolamide used in cosmetics as a foam booster and thickener. Fair: permitted without notable restriction; EU Annex III restrictions on dialkanolamides (DEA) do not apply to monoalkanolamides such as cocamide MEA.
