Sketchy Labels is intended for personal, non-commercial use — to help individuals understand what is in the products they buy. You agree not to:

To keep the service free and sustainable, daily scan limits apply. These limits exist to prevent automated abuse and ensure fair access for all users.

We reserve the right to restrict access from sources found to be abusing the Service or circumventing usage controls.

Sketchy Labels is completely free to use. We have no subscription tiers, no premium features, and no brand partnerships that could influence results.

4. Accuracy & Disclaimers

Sketchy Labels provides ingredient analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Ratings are generated by AI based on publicly available safety research and may not reflect every individual circumstance, jurisdiction, or concentration level.

Important:Sketchy Labels is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. The “Safe,” “Caution,” and “Harmful” ratings reflect general safety research and should not be used to manage allergies, medical conditions, or treatment decisions without consulting a qualified professional.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sketchy Labels name, design, and analysis methodology are the property of Sketchy Labels. Label images you submit for scanning remain yours — we do not store them after analysis. Ingredient safety ratings generated by the Service may not be republished or sold without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketchy Labels is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from reliance on ingredient ratings, purchasing decisions made based on scan results, or any inaccuracies in the AI-generated analysis. The Service is provided as-is for informational purposes.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The latest version will always be available at this URL with the date of the last update shown. Continued use of Sketchy Labels after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
